At Empire Floor, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Product Returns

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Custom-cut or special-order products are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Installation Services

  • Installation service deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If workmanship issues arise, we will return to remedy the problem at no additional charge within the warranty period.
