By accessing or purchasing from Empire Floor (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Services

Empire Floor supplies flooring, acoustic wall panels, LED lighting, and related installation services. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Empire Floor reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Installation Services

Installation services are subject to a separate written agreement and site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Empire Floor is not responsible for pre-existing subfloor conditions, structural issues, or delays caused by factors outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Empire Floor’s liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
