Delivery Overview

At Empire Floor, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. We offer delivery across Western Canada, including Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Burnaby (BC), and Saskatoon.

Delivery Timeframe

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM MST are processed the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. For large flooring orders, our team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery method.

For a custom shipping quote on bulk or commercial orders, please contact us.

Large & Bulky Items

Flooring, wall panels, and certain lighting products are large and heavy items. These may be delivered via freight carrier. In such cases:

• Delivery will be made to your doorstep or ground floor only
• A signature may be required upon delivery
• Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Order Tracking
