SPC vinyl click flooring comes with an attached underlayment pad. LVP and laminate flooring may require a separate underlayment depending on the subfloor condition. Our team will assess your subfloor during consultation and recommend the right option.

In many cases yes. Vinyl click and laminate flooring can be installed as a floating floor over most existing hard surfaces provided the subfloor is clean, flat, and dry. Our installers will assess the condition of your existing floor before proceeding.
